FNB just transferred money from my savings pocket to my loan account without my consent after I had made a second payment arrangement with them. I want my money back now!

Hi Naomi FNB is literally unreachable, no one is picking up their phones, below is what I wanTed to express to them: FNB just made an unauthorised transfer from savings pocket to my loan account without my consent, after I had called in to make a rearrangement to have them deduct only my normal and work out a 6 month arrangement to cover my arrears amount. Without calling me, they transferred more than R5000. I want all this undone until they call me first as agreed.
