******* Termination of Accounts

I write here as a very disturbed client due to the incompetence of certain individuals who have no consideration to ruin a long standing personal and business client's reputation and financial status.

My accounts have been *******ly terminated due to an error made by the bank as clearly told to me by Mr. Rapudi, Phathu who promised me on the 18th of August 2020 that my personal accounts would not be affected, in respect of termination letter with ***.

In terms of the aforementioned explanation and subsequent explanations by bank personnel, as well as correspondence sent to the CEO today the 25 September 2020 in proof and support of this matter.

I require that this matter receives urgent attention. This sort of erroneous conduct by a banking institution is severely prejudicial to me since I run my own business.

Kindly expedite this matter wit utmost urgency since any penalties of returned debits will be for your account. Should my accounts not be active by this afternoon I will have no option but to engage with my legal counsel, who was copied in on the mail sent today the 25 September 2020, to take this matter further and any costs associated thereof will be for your account.
