******* R109 Mzansi debit order

There is an unauthorized debit order of R109 on my account from a company called Mzansi. What scares me is that they even have my ID number and I do not know how they got these details. I wonder if my money is really protected in this bank.

Still not able to reverse unauthorized debit order. I think it's time I move all money to another bank. FNB is not serious about its client, they never contacted me.
