I paid my loan settlement before Monthend, and status changed to closed after paying it, now they have debited my account while it is settled how on earth does that **** happen I don't owe them a cent and they have been taking me pilla to post when I demand my refund. now this Sh*** bank and their consultants tell me I will be paid what's due to me then drops the phone on me when I request to be sent my account status. I would not recommend this **** bank to anyone.

03 Aug 2021, 13:15No you people are still ****** how do you charge or minus interest on account that is already on the positive, in short you supposed to pay me interest as account is on positive meaning you owe me not me owing you FNB. I am completely flabbergasted by your *****ed ways and inept agents, account is settled on 28th then on the 29th balance is R0. On the 30 you debit bringing the account to positive R1910,00 now how can you charge me interest on positive balance yet you should give back what you have *******ly taken or pay me interest. That's *** how you do business.
