******* force debit orders from bank account under Debt Review

I would like to write a review on FNB's Debt review department. I am under debt review since the 28th October 2022. So this means that my debts are distributed through my debt review company. FNB is still debiting one of my products that's also paid through my debt review company. I only receive in incontact notices that this payment was debited, but on my transaction history nor bankstatement it shows up. So because of this my Debt review company has no proof to discuss this problem with FNB's Debt review department. I've opened a case with he Bank Ombusdman, because FNB refuse to discuss this ******* action from their side with me.
