******* debiting from FNB

I paid my credit card instalment on 30/1/2018, the credit reflects in my credit card immediately. On 1/2/2018, FNB again goes and debits my cheque account for my credit card. I call there call center to enquire and get told the reason this happened is because I should have made payment 3 days before the 1st!!!! News to me. I enquire why their statements reflect a due date of the 1st, answer: because that is when the payment should reach my account? I'm confused, is that not what I did? Does my internal transfer on the 30th, and credit reflecting immediately, not reflect that payment was reached well before the 1st. I inform the agent to reverse the money back into my cheque account as I have not given them authorization to debit and I get told she can't as it will reflect on my ITC. So, FNB's admin is a mess! They make a mess up and in order to fix it, it will impact my ITC. FNB - Get this sorted today! Totally shocked at what has transpired. I will revert to Twitter and the rest of the social media platforms to warm other FNB customers.
