******* Debit Orders on my account
My account has been debited several times for debit orders that I did not authorise. My private banker is unable to provide clear reasons for these debits and why FNB would charge me everytime I want these reversed. These does not give me confidence for FNB to keep my hard earned money safe if anyone can just send an instruction to debit an account without any proof of authorisation from the account holder...
