******* debit orders

This is the second time FNB have deducted an amount off my account for an apparent loan that was unpaid 7 years ago! I have not received any communication or statements regarding this loan at all since I paid it off 7 years ago! The first time they deducted money about 8 months ago, I disputed it and got them to reverse it. They also promised to send me a statement of outstanding / missed payments and the original signed loan contract, which I'm still waiting for... Yesterday they deducted an amount again! This time from my savings account! ***! This is plain down *******! I am extremely upset about this and will be chatting to my lawyer! Not to mention changing banks ASAP!
