I think this is my 4th time querying this. My loan is with Hammond Pole and yet you are still trying to debit me! You are no longer mandated to debit my account because I told you I would rather deal with Hammond Pole AND you already confirmed you will stop your debit. I am keeping record of all the ******* things you are doing in my account and I will send all of it to the ombudsman. Worse you even debit my account twice adding cents to the amount, who must pay for the failed debit fee, you are abusing your power because my account is with you and that's *******.
