******* DEBIT OF MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BY FIRST NATIONAL BANK. FNB
<p>Sometine aound October 2015 i took a personal loan from FNB, I was paying back this loan and never missed or defaulted in my monthly instalment. On about March 2016, i was retrenched from my job and immidiatly i notified FNB through Platinium Branch Cycad Area Bendor Polokwane wherein i emailed all the document requested and required from me. It will interest you to know that the said loan was covered and protected by insurance which i was paying together with the monthly instalments. I submitted the Retrenchment Letter, Forn UI-19, Certified copy of my Id, and affidavit. On the 1st of March 2017, some money was paid into my account from te Penssion board which is my Divorce money meant for my two children school fees and upbringing. Immidiatly FNB ********ly deducted over R12000 from account. Immidiatly i allerted the bank for the reversal as i am not working and the said loan is protected with insurance. The bank requested that i submit an affidavit, retrenchment letter, and the UI-19 form. I emailed all the said documents to ********** and also to ********** I have fullfilled all the requirement of documents requested from me. Since the 2nd of March 2017, fnb has been pushing me from pillar to pole, each day i spend upto R100 calling the call centre without getting any feedback. My children are about to be thrown out of school. I won thje custody and if i fail in my obligation and duty because of FNB unjust debit of my money, i may loose custody of my children to my ex husband. This morning i went into the FNB Branch at Cycad area Bendor Polokwane and the consultant informed me that it will take upto 14 working days for the claim depertment decide or reverse the money unjustly and *******ly deducted from my account. I need the money reversed immidiatly as i am not working to continue the payment of the said loan. I need help urgently please.. FNB has treated me unjustly and this is bad. I never defaulted in repayment while i was working.</p>

Thanks for giving my complaint the urgency it so deserves. I got a call from FNB offering to refund half of the money *******ly and ********ly and unjustly debited from my account. I want to state that there is no refund applicable here. What i am requesting is total REVERSAL of the said amount debited. Even if in the event i am to continue with the instalment, its total unjust to debit more than R12000 once from an umemployed single mother without puting me on notice. My kids will not take exam by thursday this week if this money is not totally reversed. I have other accounts with FNB and still operating my personal account. Please i still reinstate that my all money be reversed, i cant instalmental payment as there is no need for the debiting in the first place without contacting me. Secondly the money loaned was insured and i paid same judiciously.

Good day Hello Petters. We wish to thank you that finally or *******ly, unjustufied deducted money was reversed by FNB. bUT WE ARE HAVING ANOTHER PROBLEM. WE APP**** FOR A CAR FINANCE ONLY TO BE INFORMED THAT FNB HAS LISTED ME AT THE ITC. i CANNOT ACCESS FINANCE. Why must the bank reverse and refund the money and at the same time listed me at the ITC. I need your help please to urge the bank that its ********* and unprefessional to list me at the ITC and i urge that this be reversed and removed forthwith. I really need your help. The bank acknowleged their mistake and did the right thing by reversing my money. Why must i be punished again by listing me. Please i need urgent help.
