******* Credit check- No help from FNB ***** line

I got a notification from Experian and Transunion that FNB EDG Multi Product checked my credit without my permission on 5 December 2022. I called ***** line who said they cant see any communication with me so they cant help me.

What is the point of a ***** line if I cannot report suspicious and ******* activity.
