Archaic business processes won't allow me to block repeat unauthorised debit! I've been trying to block cell-c repeatedly debiting my account *******ly for six months with no luck. Every month I have to do the same procedure over and over again and the bank won't block the offending business! You're supposed to be protecting me as your client and not working for the beat interest of businesses that can just debit my account without my concent!
