******* Bank Charges by FNB

I upgraded my account to a Private Banking account and was assigned a USELESS banker who never attended to any of the requests sent until i downgraded my account. This Banker by the name of Thulani Banisi then got in contact with me begging to to come back as his client after which he upgraded by account back to Private banking and then went quiet again and did not attend to my requests. After months of being quiet, two weeks ago he sent me a contract to sign which i read and realized there actually was no contract with between me and FNB and his manager, Trudie De Beer actually and confirmed this. I e-mailed them and requested that they refund me ALL my money back since they've been *******ly charging me for a service i did not sign up for and they're refusing to this and they're still charging me ridiculous amounts in banking fees. I'm looking at taking this up with the banking Ombudsman.
