iLL mannered call centre agent
I received a call at 2:26 from a very rude agent and her number is ***. She is very disrespectful and must never ever call me until she has been taught manners. She was promoting FNB points that I have qualified for. She is quite rude and please ask her never to call me again or else you will be left with a customer short. She must just go and learn manners as she dropped her phone on my ear after she was so rude with me.
