iimpressed beyond words

i would like to take this opportunity and thank Blanche Kholoanyane from the Primrose fnb branch. i walk in to the branch furious wanting to replace my damaged card. just her gretting changed my whole experience. she went OVER AND ABOVE to assist me end my query with the question...is there anything else i can assit you with or answer before you leave? i must say i have never in my life experienced such customer service from any organisational staff like the way i did from Blanche Kholoanyane. big ups to you girl keep it up you realy understand Customer Service
