Ignoring won't cut it with me
I don't know why you're people are so ***********. I asked for a simple thing change my contact details is that too hard? It's my money I want to use so change my contact details and I clearly said both my number and email address are not working. My current telephone number is +***896. You're so comfortable with my money you're not willing to do what am asking of you. Don't test me I will take all that money to another bank.

You could swear am asking for a loan this is my money I want to use therefore you have no right preventing me from doing that. Jeez you people are worse than the worse government department
