Wow well done FNB another email saying it was sent to the relevant department. Let me voice my dissatisfaction with this bank and the manner in which it operates! I don't want a automated response to this. I want a email address and telephone number of , Jacques Celliers. Stop apologizing and get my money in my account that's it simple as one two three. The next person that tells me about a process will be going through a rough process. You can quote there is a process but no1 is fully aware what the process is.
