Ignored on EVERY comms channel

Not sure where else to go, I started by emailing premier support on the 10th, which has to date been ignored, I went to the OH SOO inconvenient live chat on the 13th to follow up, owing to the utter inconvenience and constantly being kicked off I went to facebook chat, and we are now at the 18th and NOT 1 single person has had the decency to contact me, let alone resolve FNB's mistake.

What I do know is this month my reward level was calculated incorrectly, what I did manage to find out through all this inconvenience was that when I went and updated my employment info, FNB took it upon themselves to disable my communication consent which resulted in me loosing a reward level and in-turn 50% of my ebucks. On the 13th I was told that it will be recalculated and it will take 2 business days, we on business day 5, and still nobody has actually had the decency to respond to the very first mail from the 10th, so 18 calendar days.

I was a gold client for years, and silver and normal and all that ******* before that, and in that decade or longer I never complained one, but since moving to platinum, it has been 1 **** up after another, and the support has been utter ****. For the first time in 12 years I am actually considering changing banks as I am gatvol of paying more, only to get ****ed around at every turn, I expect that from my president, not my bank.
