Ignored call at the call centre.

Good day

On the 30th of November 2015 between 12:30 and 12:54 I called FNB to report a query on my account .

I called the enquiries departed , got transferred to the online banking department and then back to the enquiries department. Having called the call centre in the past I understand that you would normally hold and have voice recordings on the background advising you that they currently busy stay on hold until a consultant is available therefore I held on the line until the phone was picked up but the consultant just kept quite and probably left their phone on mute because there was total silence, I held for another 5 min or so and finally gave up and hanged up . I find this totally unacceptable its time and money consuming to contact you, if your consultant are not interested in taking calls then I suggest that you hire people that will take their work seriously and leave by your values.
I would like this to be investigated because all calls are recorded therefore it shouldn't be difficult to retrieve this call and please provide feedback on how you dealt with this to ensure that it doesn't occur in future.
