Ignore POPIA at yr peril
A new nasty trend I've noticed fm FNB in the last few weeks u hve started spamming me with nonsensical sms's. I never asked to b sms'd about anything & u r well aware of the new POPIA act. Stop spamming me!!!

21 Oct 2021, 13:54yr SP Retail Service Recovery sent me an email (see below) indicating I wrote to them (I imagine they mean you wrote to them). Their explanation is unacceptable, whilst RSP are spamming yr FNB clients - (I am one example, and I complained because I despise SPAM and always opt out of marketing sms's & Newsletters) - FNB is suffering reputational damage, something all companies can ill-afford in the highly competitive environment we all work in.
