******** Sihle from FNB Secure chat!!!

I have never been this dissatisfied with FNB before, i was chatting to a Sihle on my cellphone banking app and he was very rude and not very "HELPful" he didnt bother read my message to understand my query or even acknowledge my issue, felt like i was chatting to an automated system really, unless thats what it really is???!!!
