Ignorance at FNB

I made incorrect transfer between my accounts at FNB. Not able to do correction online I went into branch Emailed all documents as requested Now I'm being ignored for correction to be done My emails are ignored Phone calls ... no joy, you just get transferred and then ignored What is wrong with service at FNB Not the 1st time Really???
