If you're reading this, NEVER bank with FNB

I'm honestly fed up of this bank. This is my last month banking with these people. It's just a pity that I have a home loan with them but at this point I've genuinely had enough. I don't understand how they allow a debit order or R5000 go off on my account even though there was no funds. Now my account is at a negative for an amount I didn't have? What the hell is wrong with this bank?
