If you were planning on changing to ewallet extra, DON'T!

I've been on the phone since 10 am today trying to transfer money from ewallet extra to my cheque account. I've been redirected from one department to another it's really frustrating. FNB App can't help me, they send me to ewallet. Ewallet tell me the same **** as well, its ****en FNB APP!!! They don't even know what could be ****en wrong, one of their consultants even hung up on me because she didn't even know, she kept saying this **** is new and stuff!

I've never used another bank except FNB and I'm starting to reconsider because this cannot go on.
