IF YOU WANT YO WORK FOR BANK FEES THEN GO TO FNB

Calling FNB Debit Orders, spend hours on the phone and no answer. Went to the branch and all they can do is put me on the phone again with no answer. At the branch say I must stop via app or online banking but when I said my card was ****** and the ***** department blocked it, so they said they cannot assist me in branch. Called online bamking and they sent me to the branch. What is going on. I saw a debit order going off agains my account and it going off of my balance but does not reflect on my statement. Tried to downgrade my account and the bank refused aswell. They can't even explain to me what all the fees are for.
