If you want to do expat banking - stay well away form FNB

It is strongly recommended to not use FNB if you are an expat trying to do banking in SA. The call center is completely dysfunctional - absolutely useless, you cannot receive OTPs on international numbers and after three months nobody can provide a workable alternative. Their solution, use the App! The App is even less useful - I am advised (sitting outside SA) to visit a FNB ATM to activate my profile. How pathetically inappropriate can it be!? I am done - no need to hang around with a bank that cannot facilitate the basic transactional stuff.
