If you want service stay away from fnb private wealth

Worse private bank service by far! I opened an fnb private wealth account with fnb and firstly i dont even know who my banker is?? They gave me a persons name on the app after i had to go and ask and guess what the contact number does not even answer or reply on any messages! What is the use of such an account if you get no service?? You can not compare fnb pvt wealth to absa pvt bank or nedbank pvt bank!! I had better service as a student with a savings acc at fnb!! Pathetic service from fnb!
