Customer service is non-existant. I have been trying to access my future use funds. Sent in the required forms twice, spoke to their so-called “customer service representatives” on four separate occasions to no avail. Went into fnb in person and all they do is hand me their phone. Why are these people occupying a building just so I have to phone someone else to help me?? Why don't they just put up public phones that connect them to the people that can actually do something?
