If you no longer want me as your client just tell me this treatment is not called for

It is upsetting that FNB is referring to assist me with our account reactivation. A problem which was supposed to be worked out in days has carried on for over a month now and not seem to move forward. I am being asked one question that I have answered many times "is Nkosinathi Nxele remaining as an administrator, and the answer is yes no one is changing in their portfolios, nothing is changing we only need you to activate our account but FNB has failed.
