IF YOU KNOW WHAT;S GOOD FOR YOU STAY FAR AWAY FROM FNB

AND SO THE SAGA CONTINUES FNB insist on accusing me of something that I haven't done, to cut a long story short just the last days issues. 1.- I was told to go to a FNB branch and the manager would contact Mr. Peter Seletela to talk to me and show me the proof of my wrong doing. 2.- I did this on Tuesday 5th April, the manager is Lungi at the Killarney FNB 3.- Mr. Seletela proceeds to assure me that he has investigated thoroughly and to show me proofs of his investigation. A.- He present me with a proof of residence of a property I had sold in 2009 B.- He presents me with an utility account for that property from Eskom when that suburb is not supp**** by Eskom but City Power. BUT EXCUSE ME HAS DONE THE INVESTIGATION.... I got a copy of the deeds office for this property, if I can get how is it that he doesn't to prove a work well done. 4.- Then he's going to present us with a recording from the conversation they had with me, I NEVER SPOKE TO ANYBODY, but conveniently doesn't work and needs to unscripted. He is going to phone me as soon as done, so that I can return to the Killarney mall and listen to it. HAVE YOU HEARD FROM MR. SELETELA? me neither. As agreed with the manager and Peter I return n Friday to do that. 1.- Manager out of office and nobody knows when she's coming back, but I've been told she's going to phone me, NOT SURE HOW THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN SINCE SHE DIDN'T HAVE MY NUMBER, so I leave my number and got reassured she's going to phone me back. HAVE YOU HEARD FROM HER ME NEITHER... 2.- I return to Killarney today and the manager Lungi is not working to day. So I week later I haven't heard from PETER or LUNGI, and I keep spending money on petrol, parking etc for NOTHING. THIS IS THE AMAZING SERVICE THAT FNB PROVIDES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU STAY AWAY FROM THEM. And please don't send me another useless reference number, of which I have a million by now. HOPEFULLY THIS TIME A MANAGER WITH SOME KNOWLEDGE AND POWER WILL PHONE ME BACK AND BE OVER AND DONE WITH THIS BEFORE I GO PUBLIC WITH THE WHOLE SAGA. Belinda
