If you are ****med and there is ***** on your account FNB tells you to contact your ****mers for refund & Cancellation of the contract you don't know

very disappointed in FNB

After you are ****med, or there is *****ulent debit order, their response is always " go to the service provider/supplier" and get your refund from them and cancel your contract.

1st, I was disputing a debit order I never authorized, and it never came via debit check/ Debit order authorization processes in FNB. The Reply from FNB was that debit order dispute was The Supply and the supply gave FNB an agreement which I signed to accept whatever their product is.

I then asked for that Mandate/ agreement three months later, the mandate came, and everything was shocking; my name was incorrect-forged, my signature was forged, my address was incorrect the agreement had no dates/ proper identification. (Funny enough, that is accepted as Valid by FNB); The bank has so many documents with my signature and all my addresses on record since 2007. and I have so many product with them cars, to loans, to will, you name it

I then log a ***** case because clearly, this is a ***** case even with the forged signature.

The reply from the FNB ***** department as per below

"Good day Mr.Pitso Sekhoto.

As discussed. Call ***

If it is as this is possible application *****/identity theft, the client would need to raise it with the Service Provider in order for the matter to be resolved and the contract cancelled.

The banker can also assist the client by placing a stop on the debit."

I am very disappointed and have no idea in what world a victim would have to contact their victimize for assistance.

Very disappointed and lost for words and shocking with the treatment and replies I have received and how the case was handled; One can clearly see from the moment I raised the Issue FNB was not even interested in assisting or addressing it; they just kept saying " I must contact the people who ****med me" at evey little chance they got and triet to close the querry.

I have so many references and complaints. Thanks for adding one more to the list. As I mentioned, I am shocked that all the responses led to me "contacting my ****mers for help" Even the ***** department's response was like that, so this means that FNB stands and not that individuals... very shocked, but very shocked, but thanks anyway for adding another complaint reference. I am just glad I was ****med of small amounts; one can only imagine if I was in a serious situation and a loan was opened *****ulently and large amounts were taken from my bank account.
