If the was a 0, I would give it to them. As a client of their's for close to 10 years or more this is how they treat me. They took my last money before I get paid for their fees... who does that? They know exactly when I get paid... I am so disheartened... I needed that money for my child's school lunch things... now my child won't have any food. Then it will take them 7 days to downgrade me back to my previous account option and process my refund... when it took them less than an hour to take my fees. I'm so heart broken 💔 ...worst part is the disconnectedness you receive from the secure chat messages from their staff with insincere apologies that are not trying to come to a resolution but are pushing a process unto me.
