I need a simple letter from FNB stating I have a bond with them which needs to include the address of the bond. (they made a small omission on all documents that SARS will not accept) Simple? Nope. Home loans cant help me. They also instructed me to send a proof of adress to another department. Yes let that sink in. I need to prove that I have a bond with the bank that gave me the bond.

the one thing I can always count on is a quick response when I post here. Would be so nice if this middle man can be cut out in the future
