If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I took a bond with FNB and have since fell on bad times. I have not missed a payment yet but I can see it soon happening. I app**** for relief on the App twice with no response. I called twice. The first time they sent me from pillar to post for almost an hour and the second time the agent was silent until the phone was dropped. What service is this?! Can I please get some form of assistance?! Or can someone please just call me? Why do you make us take up this insurance if you dont help when we need it?!
