If I could give negative stars I would

I have been in contact with FNB to deduct debit orders on the right dates but now after 3 months of trying to rectify this from my side it seems that I know more than anyone working there. After trying to get my debit order on the 2nd from the 28th now it seems payment arrangements were made without consenting a payment was set up for the 15th.

It is unbelievable that after logging 2 previous complaints and being promised it has been sorted, it has still not been dealt with.

I will close my account within the next 24 hours. I advise all my fellow bank users, if you are thinking of moving to FNB. You can after all it is your choice but you must be prepared to lose money, have no customer service and no answers given as agreed or requested.

I do not want to be contacted by *********** managers either, someone can contact me from First Rand Ltd.

Okay so now I have a reference number but I had one for the previous complaint and after being assured everything was done it still is not done. Hence my complaint above. I would like for someone to call me regarding your contact strategy to get to speak to clients who log a complaint, my experience you try and call once then abandon trying to deal the complaint
