Must be the worse bank of banks. I've tried for over a year to sort issues with their banking app and not even the Branch Manager of their Herm**** Main Road branch who promised to sort it and get back to me, has bothered to fix it or get back to me for over a month now. Even an email to their client services went unanswered. Thank your Branch Manager for leaving us with no option, but to close my mom's account and invest the money from the the sale of her house, with another bank where they value their clients.
