If DISAPPOINTMENT was a bank

I didn't know I could hate, the way I hate this nonsense bank. From telling me I qualify for only an absurd 7000 for a personal loan after explaining that it's for building a house, now they've done a double deduction for a cover I have with them and I'm told it will only be refunded by end of tomorrow. So I guess to hell with the prior commitments that required that money today and will then be penalising me because goodness me FNB will certainly not take responsibility for those penalties.

I always thought their products were ****, and was just hanging around for reliability but now I see that's also gone out the window.
