Idiots

What a lot of idiots. My problem was so to say escalated. I did everything they requested of me and now 6 days later I still cannot access my account. My so to say 'business banker' doesnt take my calls but sends messages to the escalations dept. FNB you are a joke. I am seriously considering going to Nedbank.
