Idiotic System.

FNB has dumbest system on earth. I call the call centre to get a KYC hold lifted on my account. They tell me to wait for an email from them requesting some information. I get that, respond to it with that is required, then they tell me to call some number. It is an automated answering system with a "helpful bot" that is probably dumber than a pot plant. They then automatically refer you to their call centre, who puts you through to that same bot and it then goes in one big circle of stupidity. How difficult is it to just get something done.
