Idiotic FNB Website

One would think that FNB can afford to employ intelligent IT people to design and maintain their website. However, consider the following two examples: 1) If you want to pay someone once-off you get a little panel in which to insert the name of the individual or company. On my laptop there is a panel 8 cm wide. However if you type in a name the system truncates after 3.3 cm! In other words you can only utilise about 40% of the indicated space. So if you want to enter for example Marais, Van der Merwe and Viljoen you’re stuffed. The recipient would be barely identifiable. This of course could lead to errors. The genius that is responsible for this should be fired! 2) I wanted to send money overseas on Friday February 2. On the forex site at some point you get asked the “banking country”. This you have to find from a search list. But nowhere is there an option for entering the bank name. So you think maybe the SWIFT number is sufficient. But no, your attempt is thrown out as the bank is not indicated. You throw your arms up in despair. What one earth is going on at FNB in this electronic age?! I attach a screenshot showing the complete absence of a place to enter the bank name.
