Idiocy Personified

<p>I sent your Customer Care Department an e-mail I later posted as a review on Hello Peter detailing my dissatisfaction with the level of service I’ve received from both FNB as well as your counterparts at Brookes and Luyt. To date, the only feedback I’ve received from you is an e-mail from Vernon Scheepers informing me that he tried to call me on a number I stopped using over 4 years ago (And FNB is well aware of this). I responded to this e-mail informing Vernon that I no longer use this number (note that this is the 3rd time this has happened) and he still chose to send me an entirely new e-mail telling me the same thing. How? I typed my current number out for him. How then does he confidently send me this e-mail? He didn’t even bother to provide me with a number on which to get a hold of him. What kind of service is this FNB? Are you people even trying to assist me? Meanwhile, the issue I have persists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My goodness!!!!!!!!!! WILL SOMEONE FROM THERE PLEASE GET OFF OF THEIR BACKSIDE AND DO SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE!!!!!????!!!</p>
