Identity theft

I was recently a victim of identity theft- someone was opening accounts using my name. I managed to get a copy of one of the applications forms and they had all my details but the address was incorrect which didn't make sense to me until a week later I was going through my fnb bond statement and I realized it had the same incorrect address that was used to open the ********** account so I figured my info had leaked . I contacted Feb told them what had happened and they have not gotten back to me.
