Identity insufficient

If the courier service had contacted me before trying to deliver my credit card, I would have been able to make arrangements to sign for the card. The did not and so the card was delivered to the branch. Today I went to collect the card. They can't give it to me because the system does not show my residential address. I must bring proof of residence. I return with our municipality account. I can't get the card because it is addressed to my husband. Get a form from a teller (stand in another row) which my husband must sign to prove where I live or an account addressed to me. I return with our house loan account, addressed to me and my husband, it's the latest one we have. Can't get my card, in spite of the fact that the municipality account and this one have the same stand number. Reason: the account is for February, older than three months! I am IN the bank, with my ID book and LICENCE, I have the May 2015 municipality account which still has the same stand number but I must get my husband's SIGNATURE to PROVE I AM WHO I AM. After 10 years I am treated as a ********. FNB is exactly like BEEP BANK on it's adverti*****t.
