Identification **** Rules.

Went to branch to change otp/contact number as the one I halves connected is no longer in use. Didn't realise my smart ID card was cracked they wouldn't accept it (even though they take fingerprint scans to verify you) Wanted to use my green book ID instead they said no its not allowed. Its a VALID form of identification which MATCHES. How can it not be used. Get told to get a replacement ID card, when we all know how long thats going to take. I'm sorry thats ridiculous.
