ID & Passport application - Booking nightmare

ID & Passport application I have been trying since August 2021 to get a booking for biometrics at FNB Cornubia for my daughter and I. I tried day an night to get a time slot to no avail. I have just received a SMS informing me that my application is cancelled and there no refund. I am no terribly frustated and unhappy with the loss of these funds. It means that I must now fork out again. So disappointed in the service from FNB. I have friends that used Nedbank and Standard bank with no issues. Maybe its time for me to move my banking.
