ID NOT LINKED TO ACCOUNT

My ID is not linked to my account due to this I cannot accept a debicheck. Months ago I was told a call would be logged with IT to resolve. After speaking to 7 different people no one knows how to resolve this. Do people at FNB not knowing what's going on????
