I'd love to take the chance to express my deepest gratitude to the lady by the name of Kutlwano at fnb Lenasia. I have never experienced such warmth before .she was so patient with me as I was sent an ewallet and couldn't get the new pin .She tried to give me the card but the system was unavailable, however she did not give up as a result I opened am account ,I am now an fnb customer because of her exceptional service.
