ID Flagging By FNB

My ID number was flagged (Blocked) by FNB in 2010 without my knowledge. I later found out around 2016 when I was trying utilise the services of a financial institution. Till today I am struggling to get my ID cleared by FNB. They referred me SAFPS for help, who sent an email that mentions that the flagging expired in 2020, but my ID is still BLOCKED and FNB does not want to help me with this matter. Can someone out there help please!
