ID CARD APPLICATIONS
IT IS SO FRUSTRATING TRYING TO GET HOLD OF A HUMAN AT FNB BANKS. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE REGARDING ID CARD APPLICATIONS. I TRIED THE FNB SANDTON MERCHANT BANK, WHO CLAIM THEY DO THE ID APPLICATIONS. I NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING, AS WELL AS GET THE FORMS. THERE IS NO OPTION TO PRESS ANY NUMBER WHICH SAYS ID CARD APPLICATIONS. WHY CAN I NOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN??>?????
