ID and Passport application

FNB Cornubia Extremely confused as to what is going on at this branch. I did an online application for my ID and passport via the DHA website. Cornubia happens to be the only branch in KZN that deals with ID and passport applications. Firstly, when trying to make an appointment online which I have done on numerous occasions, it states that there are no available bookings. I have been trying from November 2021. Secondly, when trying to contact the branch you get transferred to a contact centre where nobody seems to be of any help. The call cuts when you are transferred to another department. I was informed by an agent that the branches no longer take calls and all calls are diverted to a contact center and if I need to query my issue I need to visit the branch. I have been to the branch earlier this week. Apart from the long lines and utter chaos, I was told that I need to make a booking online before I was given to chance to explain my issue. Nobody was of any assistance.

I need my passport ASAP and FNB isn't making this any easier for me.
